First Official Month Trying!

So December 2011 has become our first month official trying for a baby. I have to say, it's really weird trying when after so many years of not trying. Actually planning for that week I ovulate instead of preventing. 


J says we will get pregnant the first month of trying. Oh silly boy, you have no idea what kind of a journey we could be in for. I just laugh it off and say "we'll see". It's helpful that I've been charting since July, but that just tells me when I do ovulate, not if there are any other issues. 


So I think our timing was good and I did have significant ovulation pain on my left side the day before FF said I did ovulate (which was at my parents house in WI to celebrate our Christmas. Thank God we took care of business that afternoon before we left!).


I won't be testing till New Year's Day, that'll be 14 days after ovulation and if I am pregnant, it should show up for sure and we'll be a great way to start 2012!
